With Mother’s Day just around the corner, Ming Juan Lou presents the Artisan Cantonese Cuisine × Radiant Feast celebratory set menu — a progressively layered culinary tribute dedicated to mothers. During the Mother’s Day period, guests who reserve this festive menu at Ming Juan Lou will receive a specially curated Clé de Peau Beauté gift.

The opening course, “InterContinental Butterfly Tasting Platter”, brings together caviar suckling pig slices, honey-glazed char siu, abalone with five-spice, and queen asparagus — a delicate interplay of crispness and richness that mirrors the graceful elegance a woman refines through the passage of time. This is followed by the “Crab Roe, Sea Swallow & Lobster Cup”, where the natural sweetness of lobster meets the silky richness of crab roe and sea swallow, building a festive opulence that is splendid yet understated. The “Premium Fish Maw & Sea Chicken Soup” is slow-simmered to perfection, melding the collagen-rich fish maw with a warming, nourishing broth — a dish that embodies care and protection.

For the main courses, “Sea Cucumber, Shiitake & Goose Web in Petal Sauce” unites the robust textures of sea cucumber, flower mushroom, and goose web, showcasing the deep, soulful character of Cantonese cuisine. “Steamed Coral Trout with French Bayonne Ham” pairs the tender, delicate flesh of coral trout with the savory depth of Bayonne ham, achieving a refined East-meets-West harmony. The grand finale, “Truffle Salt-Seared Shinshu A5 Wagyu Cubes”, interweaves the exquisite marbling of Japanese Shinshu A5 Wagyu with the aromatic depth of truffle salt — a bold yet luminous conclusion to the feast.

The dessert course — “Fruity Tea-Scented Mille-Feuille” and “Pomelo & Snow Lotus Mango Sago” — closes the palate with refined fruit fragrance and tea notes, returning to lightness and evoking the inner radiance of the Goddess herself.
